Dessert Recipe - Bitter Lemonade Vegan Cheescakes

At BRW Society we're all about creatively inspiring people with tea and all it's possibilities, so we are BUZZING to share this yummy creamy dessert with you created by our favourite vegan pal @alex_in_wanderland_, made using our Bitter Lemonade BRW blend.



Cashew Cream Topping
- 2 cups of cashews soaked for 2 hours 
- 1/4 cup of water 
- 3 tbsp of BRW Society Bitter Lemonade tea soaked in 1 tbsp of lemon juice to soften 
Add the cashews to a blender with the water and soaked Bitter Lemonade BRW and blend until smooth. 


Biscuity Base
Choose any:
Biscoffi biscuits 
Rich tea biscuits 
Crush your biscuit or oats and add maple syrup or agave. Use a blender if necessary. Flatten in the bottom of a tray and freeze for 15 mins. Add cashew cream on top and freeze overnight.



Keep refrigerated
