Simple Porridge Recipe Using BRW Society Forever Nutty Tea
If you're looking for a healthy way to add flavour to your morning oatmeal, why not try adding delicious tea infusions? In this recipe we have used our super popular Forever Nutty BRW - a fruit tea blend featuring crunchy almonds, scrumptious apple and earthy beetroot. It's a flavour powerhouse and a great way to jazz up your porridge!
- 6x tsp BRW Society Forever Nutty
- 350ml Boiling Water
- 350ml Oat Milk (or Milk of your choice)
- 1.5 Cups Quick Oats
- 2 tbsp brown sugar or 1tbsp Maple Syrup
Step 1. Steep tea in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Step 2. Sieve steeped tea into a pan and add the milk. Bring to a simmer.
Step 3. Add the oats and sugar (or syrup) and simmer until oats are cooked.
Step 4. Add toppings of your choice, and enjoy!
